Refund policy

At ORGN Lifestyle, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right. Please review the following return guidelines before sending items back.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn – products must show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

  • Undamaged – items must be free of stains, odors, rips, or defects not caused by shipping.

  • In original condition – all items must be returned in their original packaging with all hangtags and labels attached.

Only goods in brand new condition will be eligible for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or special-order products.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@oregrown.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Carefully package your item(s) to ensure they arrive in original condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once returned items have been received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@oregrown.com. We’ll cover return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on your location and chosen method.

  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping times vary depending on the carrier.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: ORGN Lifestyle, LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once they leave our warehouse. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
